Q. Can I return an item?

A. Yes of course, we offer a full 30 days return policy guarantee. If you wish to return an item please contact us before doing so. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom personalised items unless the item has a fault.

Q. Can I customise an item I have seen?

A. Where possible we are happy to make custom alterations, please get in touch to discuss further.

Q. Can I send as a gift to a different address?

A. Sure! Why not see our gift box options. We can expertly pack your item in one of our luxury gift boxes, we can even add a gift note and send to an address of your choice.
